{ Week 39 }

Another week down little one!  We are getting closer and closer to finally meeting you and I can not wait.  The anticipation and anxiousness has somewhat subsided and I have this strange tranquil feeling lately.  It's almost like the calm before the storm.

Grandpa got out of the hospital today and Daddy's family is back from the river so you are welcome to come any time now!  Thanks again for participating and holding out for them.

The last two days have been miserable with the heat.  On the way to the Dr. yesterday the car read 113.  I couldn't believe my eyes!!  There is no way its this hot in October right now and that I am hugely pregnant!!  It's just my luck I tell ya.  Next time we plan for a little brother or sister for you we are going to make it a winter baby.  I don't know what I was thinking when I thought being pregnant through summer was a great idea. 

Not much new to report from the Dr. though.  Things are moving along slowly. I am an easy 2cm and 70% effaced.  She says she will be checking my file on Friday when she is back in the office to see if I have had you yet.  I don't think that will be the case but we shall see...
