{ Daddy's First Kick }
Well, so much for saying I hadn't felt you move yet!! Not only did I get to feel you move but Daddy did too. Since we could feel you on the outside now I was certain it was you. It was the most awesome feeling ever. I can not wait to continue feeling your taps!!

{ 20 Weeks....!/2 Way!!!! }
It's finally the half way mark. How can this be? Part of me feels like I have been pregnant forever and the other part of me feels like I just got that call from Dr. Lin with the news.
I still haven't noticed you yet, I don't think, and it makes me really sad. I've had lots of gas bubbles and funny feelings and friends have said that's most likely you but until I know for sure I am just going to assume its a rumbly tummy.

{ Mother's Day }
Happy 1st Mother's Day to me!!! It's really not my day yet so we will be celebrating my mom more than anything. While I am sure she would love to spend a day with us, I know how much more she would appreciate spending a day alone. So....we got tickets to another baseball game!!!! Told you you're going to have to get use to them :)

{ 18 Weeks }
Well, I thought I was going to just post your weekly bump pitcure today but little did I know there would be more scoop to share. On the way to work today I got rearended! Not exactaly what you want on a Wednesday morning and DEFINANTLY not what you want when you are 18 weeks pregnant!
I was driving our little Honda that is our daily driver and she was in a big ol truck. Needless to say, the Honda didn't win. She had to have not been paying attention or messing around on her phone because I simply can not understand how on earth you hit someonel twice in stop and go traffic like that. She was really nice and I cant be too mad at her because I do understand that mistakes happen, I just wish they didnt happen while I was pregnant.
Your daddy came to my rescue and took us to the ER just to make sure you were okay. The Honda was not driveable at the moment so we just had a tow truck take it home so we could deal with that later.
Everything checked out fine with you at the hospital. Your heart rate was a little low and you did not move one bit in the first ultrasound, which is really unlike you, but after some apple juice and time you were back to yourself!
On the bright side, I was able to get a brand new 2012 rental car to use while the Honda was being fixed...SCORE! I love it!!!!
So...here is your kinda sorta 18 week picture and mommy's new temporary toy :)

{ It's Time For Dodger Baseball }
Today was your first game of the season...this is going to be the first of many for you in your life. Mommy and Daddy are big time Dodger fans and if you think we are crazy, wait till you meet your grandpa! Not only does he love the Dodgers, he knows practically everything there is to know about them. So pay attention when he teaches you all there is to know, you will appreciate it one day!
We had the best seats today that we have EVER have had in the history of us coming to Dodger Stadium. Never before have we sat so close. Guess I am double lucky...I had killer seats and you in my belly! Want to know the best part about baseball games this season?? I can eat anything I please and not feel guilty! SCORE!!!! Bring on fat mamma!
